Most people are in the process of leveling their 60s so they are not able to run you. However, there a few people that could possible run for instances. For example, on Horde I was run by two people in the guild Mayhem, one of them being Drayner. Feel to ask around and see what you can find because there are probably a few others out there. As for alliance, the guild Dominate has funded some people, and ran people, though I believe the funding was only for specific people but you could probably manage to get runs from them at the very least. The whole community isn't in a state where it can just fund anyone. It's a work in progress atm, which means you need to be willing to put in work at the moment by leveling a toon to 19, and probably another to 60 to fund yourself, which will takes some time because leveling is slow. I know this news will turn a good portion of you off, but this is how it is right now. So don't get your hopes up about being fully funded.

I was able to help a couple people horde side with a borrowed 60, but that is over.
The EU twinks on the horde side are sometimes willing to help people with runs, but they aren't obligated by any means. They didn't ask us to come to ED and roll horde. I did.
I started out alliance side and have a main over there, but alliance side doesn't need help. After some douchebaggery occurred on the ally side and I pulled a drayner... I quit the ally side and rolled some 19s on horde side.
Like Camo said, this isn't live and there is not unlimited, easy gold to be had. Enchants are expensive, some gear is expensive. There aren't many that can even afford to fund anyone.
PS. The premade was long and while the horde side had no real strat, it was still sort of fun frustrating the alliance side. I heard they were planning to AFK just before they got the 2nd return and subsequent cap.
