To date I've never seen a holiday dungeon gear item proc epic or tert. They're timewarped scaled to a hard ilvl and stat.

in Aislings defense, this wasnt always the case, I still have timewarped vday necks on my twinks. And iirc, Aisling hasnt played much since that time.

I just got an epic titan forged socket with leech and speed. jk only thing dung is good for is getting ported to the front of a finished dung that you solo clear.
