Utgarde Keep at level 11

Hi guys, i'm doing my first twink (fury warrior) and i need your help,
Beti's and others guides tell me to get the helmet of the constructor (with 3 sockets) in utgarde keep.
But when i go to the dungeon it says that i have to be level 20 to enter, in the adventure guide it also says that the helmet has a level 20 requirement.
So how am i suppose to get it ?

Sounds like you are trying to enter Utgarde Pinnacle which is a lv 20 minimum. Entrance to Utgarde Keep is below the entrance to Pinnacle.
Helmet of the Constructor is for lv10 and up
