Using TWW 70 boost on a different licence

Hey, guys, I was wondering if any of you good people knew if the free boost can be uses on an alt account.

Here's my situation:
WoW1 - TWW bought, 70 boost not used, few days of gametime left
WoW2 - Trial Account


If I add game time to WoW2, will I be able to use the TWW boost to get myself a quick 70, and if so, do I need to be subbed on both accs in order for it to work?

From the TWW store page:

Boost only usable on the WoW® game account on which it was purchased or redeemed.

Your options are either to buy a boost and sub for the WoW2 account or just level to 70 normally.
