EU+US Usable Transmog List?

Hey guys,
I was wondering how transmog works for level 1 twinks.

Let me give you an example of what I mean: We can transmog The Eye Patch from the Hogger Stockades quest at level 1, but it's like a level 20 something quest. What about the item / quest makes it to where we can transmog it at any level?

I was wondering if someone knew of a list / addon that could tell us all of the possible items that we can transmog at level 1.

Transmog works for level 1 exactly the same way as for any other level.
You can't transmog things that require higher level than you.
Quest rewards are different because they don't have level requirement (mostly) so you can transmog every quest reward up to level 58 i belive.
Sorry to say that but this topic is useless. List of Tmogs is very long even for my level 20 hunter and multiply that x4 (all kinds of armor)

A forum like this has been made in the past and Greg provided the same answer that one got, there is a clear line on what you can and cannot mog, there is no need for a "list of usable xmogs'.

Yea for sure a list would be awesome. Those rules don't always apply, I saw someone with a MoP wep mog from a quest there. It's very sparatic. To my knowledge no one has composed such a list though as there are way too many options.
