I second this. I remember when DetourWoW was made many years ago, which gave the opportunity for many people around the world to play against/with each other for the first time. I also remember that it was much easier to get under the skin of European players, way more than american players. I met and played with and against many players there, and our 2v2 arena team was part american part European and even had people from the middle east (Sputnick (EU), Ryrith (EU), Wapster (US), Ctrlaltsheep (US), Mamey (ME), etc).

The toxicity of US players was generally higher than EU players, but that's only if you're on the other side of the road tho. After you get along it's just as toxic as the guy next door.

US is more experienced, they have some of the best players and a lot of skilled players who play on US are from EU. So the "US has all the best players" argument kinda falters a little because of that.

EU has a lot of terrible players, a lot of new players and a lot of players who don't really understand the meta. That is understandable for a bracket that has been popping and gained recent activity for the past month or so at most.

EU has the potential to be as good as US given time and experience. Those who play on both regions will find US to have a higher skill level overall for sure though.
