Throw a price out. My opinion is this around 100k. The proc is pretty eh, nice buff to HoTs maybe or one near instant cast. It's only 4 seconds though. There are good mace options out there with a socket or 10 vers baseline.

It is one of a kind item on us as if rn, price is really high.
Gm said it is gfed, but who knows.
They say the prock is broken, but so is my ptr client, so i cant really test it rn unfortunately.

OP told me it procs on casts, making it worth well over 1mil for me. I have personally offered 1mil for this pretty, wish it had worked out! Good luck and hope it is put to good usage.
Also, i dont think its gfed either but who knows, GMs nowadays are just normal employees, most barely read your ticket as a whole.

To completely proove whether its gfed or not we would have to wait for it to drop, and if it drops to a 20, and has 24 lvl req, then you could say well you just have to farm it on a lvl 16 char, and then you could say, well you have to do it in dugeons, not open world.
I havent seen a pic of any ultra rare epics drop with lvl req below 21 after prepatch, but i still could be wrong.
p.s. My hdd with wow died, no testing on ptr until new arrives :c

Finally i could do some testing!
So when it procks you see this

But then you take a look at char stats and see this

That was on a completely naked char, now with gear:

I only have one 20, a druid, results seem to be similar on feral and boomy, couldnt get a prock from healing, i feel like spell description does kinda work in an odd way, idk what to think of tooltip on buff, guess blizzard likes spaghetti.
