I thought it was clear, but I will rephrase it. The engineer mount Mekgineer's Chopper is valued at 12.5k gold. Whether the price agreed on is lower or higher depends on the buyer but some people have choppers laying around as currency, the difference could be paid if the price agreed upon is lower or vice versa. Hope that clears everything up.
