NEXT RAID 3/1/12 - 6PM EST

T6 ON FARM

With 4.3.2 bringing cross-realm RBGs and Raids, I've decided to start a Twink Info raid group every week. For now we'll be running SWP, BT, and Hyjal every week. We will start with 70+ characters, and hopefully within a few weeks we can have enough people (at least 15) for a 70 only group. If we get at least 3 different realms together we should have no problem getting a group. I've been consistently running raids on my server every Tuesday afternoon for the past few months, and I'd like to have this happen with TI players.

To join, post in this thread with your armory and PM me your Real ID. I will add you to the list of players attending. When I change my Real ID status to "TI Raid" whisper me for an invite. To be removed from this list, please PM me.

Rules and Knowings:
- "Have Group, Will Travel" works cross realm once you're actually inside the instance. If you're joining the raid, please have this spell in case we need to pick up more partway through. "Mass Resurrection" is also suggested.
- Loot is Need Before Greed with exceptions, which will be Master Looter with basic rolling rules and reserves.
- Unless otherwise stated, we're doing a full clear of each raid each week. If too many people drop out we will finish up Friday night. We will always clear in the order of SWP, BT, then Hyjal. It is recommended that you stay for the entire duration of the T6 run, or you might not be invited back the following week.

What I'd eventually like to happen is a full Twink Info group for raiding Thursday and one started for RBGs Tuesday. I'm personally working on a Restoration Druid for Flag Carrying at the moment and once he's at least a good portion done I'm starting up an RBG group.

I've got 10 toons to gear and know how to lead all the raids. I don't need the same class gear every week so it's not like someone will be left out if they only have one toon. Either way I run it weekly with my gear on reserve with 85s. Once I'm geared I'll be leading these raids without that rule.
 
was thinking about it but hnestly i would rather lead a group and reserve my own stuff then waste my save for that.. jus sayin

What is stopping you transfering out your char every week for a new one so you always have gear reserved? It is great for the social aspect, but as stated above I would not join any "reserved gear" raids on my 70's.

Why would people, when you can guarantee all the gear for any of your chars by getting a boost by your main/85's? Fine if people are already geared and just doing it for fun, if not what would the point be?

I believe that was the point. He'll be reserving gear for a different class so that everyone else gets a chance to get loot. He's taking the time to organize this, and offering everyone else to come get gear. Just each week a different class' gear will be reserved to reward him for his efforts in setting this up. Seems completely fair to me.

I've decided not to renew my account as of yet due to IRL stuff needing to be taken care of, but I will be running this tonight on my GF's account. Nothing will be on reserve tonight. If this takes off with more people I will be renewing my account for these raids. The 2 of you that have expressed interest, only 1 has PM'd me their real ID. I'll add you and invite you tonight.

You're still welcome to join in if you post and PM me before 4 PM.

Couldn't make it tonight. your 6PM is my 3PM. Today i was busy but I'm still interested. Maybe next week.

Also, i PMed you but didn't have any pending invites over BNet. Did anything happen tonight?

I was on time, even hour after supposed time, and i'm 6 hours ahead (midnight for raid start). But if you check his rogue that was supposed to come (first page of thread link there) it says in armory he did SWP on wednesday and got :

But i understand IRL stuff happens, just would appreciate quick update on TI page, even short message from cell phone would suffice. I'm actually glad somebody starts doing these raids, I really appreciate the effort.

The raid was supposed to be ran on my GF's toon, but I ended up not getting enough people as there was apparently another SWP in progress and I wasn't able to gather enough interest to start a run. I /may/ be renewing the account Thirk is on, but if not, next week and maybe even this weekend I might make a run on Oletha (GF's priest). I'll add both of you on that account. I apologize for not reporting in to the one person who was there and ready.

thein, I've added you to the roster for next week.

Since next Thursday happens to be my 9th mensiversary with Oletha (9 months together), the time is yet TBA, but as far as I can tell the raid will happen, potentially a little earlier as planned.

thein and GamerGodArtist, if you two plan to attend, please post what time would be optimal for you (keep in mind my time is NYC EST).

Anyone else is of course still welcome to join and desperately needed.

No problem Thirk, as i said, life outside game is always more important, at least i got to catch up on Californication episodes while waiting for TLPD scan to get off. I'm game anytime, just need 1 day ahead notice, time doesnt matter for me, i do Forex from home at this moment, so i can be on whenever. I do check forums around 2 EST and then at midnight EST so if i see any raid time going on i'll try to reply with my attendance. Since it's x-server i can help with 389 holy priest/shadow offspec if need be, i mainly need calamity pants and torrent staff anyway (plus trash JC patterns, but those i haven't seen in ages).

Like You, I'm not sure if i'll be around much longer. I'm kinda bored and practically looking for reason to log in (well i'll pay for sub, it's measly 15 bucks, that's not even 1 corona and bottle of water for my girl on saturday night in a club)

Anyway, if you see me on RID and you need help, just hit me up.
