[US] Are 60 queues popping again yet?

alot turn on XP, and just que WSG to just farm kills and honor. in WSG you get no XP unless a flag is capped or game ends, so they AFK prior to those.
awhile back i was leveling thru 60-64 bracket on a WSG weekend. it was rather aggravating as a leveler because i wasn't getting XP and there were alot of of 64 twinks in WSG just doing that. there was a res-stacked H-pal grabbing the flag and not capping. even when we quit helping him the other team couldn't kill him. this player would also not AFK out, he would log out or force DC at one minute. he must have been timing the game, restart/relog and you would see him in another BG so was somehow not getting deserter buff

PMing you a video on how to play in xp-on BGs. I use it on my 19 twink and I'm always the best geared lol. You gotta download an addon. I'm on a mac so if you wanna trust it thats up to you.Im just worried that I could get into one where someone caps the flag because im 1 exp from dinging and that would be tragic
