there is no guild on alliance that can currently best WT in a premade 10v10, and as you said it's not because WT has played longer or because the ally team was just "thrown together". you could find 10 better players, "throw them together" on a team and put them in a premade vs WT and WT would lose. currently WT's team has the most skilled players who know how to communicate and play their class in the 19 bracket, so they always win. period.

not really, you simply can't argue against the facts. what team of 10 players do you think has a chance against WT? i can't think of anyone besides MB who has equal skill level, and most of MB quit or is in WT now. i've been in multiple 19 ally guilds who promise to group together to premade WT, and either it simply doesn't happen or it fails miserably for a number of reasons, the largest reason being that most people who play this game are absolutely terrible and most of them seem to be on alliance.

You don't win because your players have "more skill". It's like watching the Pro Bowl in football. Do you think the AFC or NFC team would win against the defending super bowl champs? (excluding the players on said team that would have been selected to play in the pro bowl) The answer is easily a no. Sure, the players are good, but its playing as a team that matters. Does it do any good if i know how to use kick but the other 4 gump rogues on my team dont? No. The FC will live forever. What i'm trying to say is WT group queues almost every day with each other, they know how to play not by themself, but which each other, and that is why they are unbeaten.
PS: As to your "always win" comment, WT hasnt exactly played 50 guilds, they remain unbeaten, but are not unbeatable.
