So I got one of these for my 39 ret paladin.

Also there is another one on the AH if anyone wants it I could grab it for you.

Trying to figure out if it is actually and upgrade over Lumbering Ogre Axe however. Certainly looks cool on armory. If the proc is like Nightblade it never goes off.
