i would like to formally submit oso for evaluation once again. i have those things now. artifact weapon up to 806 and i even dropped blacksmith for engineering. plus the 101’s always run away when i see them during legion WQ’s. im cool with everyone else out there. i have a “dont start none wont be none” policy with everyone out in world pvp zones,but if you want to be the best you need to beat the best(geared). i will not hesitate to moonfire you then shadowmeld and let my champion keep you busy while i look for an opportunity to move in for the kill.

Note: if either of those item levels look off, then the armory hasnt updated yet

was only available for a week or so after launch. players in other brackets as low as 19 were able to loot them as well and the elites were hotfixed to only drop loot for 110 and up.

You are late to the party. Level 101 Twinks were insane in PvE through legion. Now they arent good anymore.
If you want to PvP in this bracket you should go 109
