Unusual low level BOEs

Theres a few interesting BoEs that drop from certain rares. I've gotten a mail and cloth helm that were definitely added later. I think they dropped from an azhara rare? Haven't seen them from the plenty of farming I've done with some of the other rares from Westfall/Elwynn Forest, so guessing it'll be rares added later. And possibly lockboxes IIRC.
I've been meaning to look into it more to see what else they can drop - but due how scaling works, I doubt anything BiS at ilvl ~16, but plate is somewhat hard to comeby. Especially as BoE gloves/legs that can be enchanted with the nonbinding enchants.

The amount of lockboxes ive opened and no items scales except the dungeon drops in them and the rare specific drops. Talon of vultros. Assasin's blade.
Latest dagger i got was a blackfang and that was the original so level 20. I havent tested other lockboxes as much, bur theres reason to believe that sadly it doesent work.
However whenever you get any lockboxes guys i urge you to open them on a level 19/10/29 or something just incase. Thats what i do everytime i get a lockbox.

Opened a bunch of Ghost Iron ones, didn't get a rare item, but none of the greens scaled atleast. same with elementium ones

Will continue to try^^ By buying all lockboxes for 100g each on Ravencrest EuYeah, i had this theory that i wanted to go for a scaled teebus blazing longsword. But after seeing how the scaling usually worked i scrapped that idea wouldve been cool tho!
