Ony's head still drops. I haven't personally ever turned the new head in, but I think it still gives the buff

Turning in Onyxia's head still gives the buff to people under level 60, but not over.

imo, im using it my pallyd anti-rogue set, and havent seen it proc yet lmfao!!! im still under the impression that it is a % chance to hit and not a proc rate, or else i would have seen it proc by now on live. WTB the original PTR release form of it lol

reading unholy.....to me it's like icy wpn enchant. each time blizz has claimed to fix it to work as intended...etc. it really doesn't.



i'm glad to hear paladins are willing to use it against my rogue, now if blizz would put out some crap info/changes on icy again so more players switch to it
