Unearthed Bands - Item - World of Warcraft

I got a pair of these bracers, the intellect version, a while back and the intellect is no where to be seen. I've scanned through people's armories as SOME are the same (just plain bracers), but i saw one 'of attack power' WITH 18 AP on it. I'm just confused. DO the bracers have additional stats on them or have they been changed?

They all have the same stats now. It looks like they have stats they don't have.

Pre-Cataclysm these bracers had random attributes (of the bear, of the eagle, etc.) on them making certain ones very good and others not so good, depending on what you got to drop for you. When Cataclysm hit (well right before Cata technically), they removed the random attributes and made them all have the same stats. The bands that dropped before this still show up in the tool-tip (and by name) as having these extra stats, but you do not actually get the extra stats upon equipping.

I know your questions were basically already answered but I wanted to explain a little further as it can be pretty confusing. Hope this helps a bit.
