Underrepresented classes?

Hi. Since I am half a mind to create a new level 19 twink, I was wondering what classes (and specializations hereof) that are underrepresented in the 19-bracket. I was thinking of frost mage, or perhaps a warrior. Additionally, what is the the best server for 19 twinks on EU? Are there any large guilds out there?

If you're looking for underpowered then definitely don't go warrior. I just came back after not playing during mop and found out warrior are ridiculously good at the moment. Too bad there aren't any bgs on EU.
