I managed to get the pieces atleast on my hunter (not exactly the suffix's i wanted on gloves/boots) But i'll take agi shoulders and attack power bracers all day

Don't know much about the 30-39 bracket at all, why is your hunter level 38?

Aquamarine signet of striking seems to still have the same stats, so boe items with "of the" stats stayed the same:
6stamina 6Haste 6Agility 6Attack Power

long story short, someone was gonna run me and i was 1 bar from 38 so i had to lock my exp early lol, ill level later.

picked up the missing mail items i needed
shoulders of agi/monkey/wolf, wrists of agi/wolf, gloves of power and boots of the monkey!

its just for open world PvP^^ instanced PvP is still ilvl based.
