It's vastly superior to what you are currently stating it's value. I have one, and never actually used it in WSG because it would be game breaking, A.k.a kid crying, a.k.a GM report.



But I could get around 70% Less chance to be avoided with BoA+Tree chopper. BoA is worthless when a skilled rogue pop evasion, or when you're facing a full avoidance toon.
