Types of Twinks

I'm new to the twink world, but I've been fascinated by it. Is there a sticky thread anywhere here that states what the current "viable" twinks are? whether they are PVP, PVE, Dungeon grinding, Transmog farming? I think that'd be a great sticky post that could constantly updated if it doesn't exist. I took a brief look and I didn't see anything like that. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd like to make a twink for dungeon grinding for levelling friends and i'm wondering what the best level and types would be for that. I'd also like to make a "speed twink" for dungeon/raid transmog grinding. Curious if there's any how tos for these here.
 
Here is a guide for 10s Dragonflight pve content (10-18 is considered 10s as 19 is its own thing)

If speed and power are your intent, than 10s pve content is what you want to do.

A cataclysm in community population just occurred due to 20s being bracketed into 29 pvp games.
60 SL capped account are also having some fun pvp games.
19s dont really get games, I hear, so you'll probably want to go 29 if you want to pvp at all.
10's pve content seems to have the majority of active twinks at the moment.

Due to scaling you'll have a hard time getting toons 30+ to solo content. Best xmog farmers are 70s with speed sets, Druid, Demon Hunter and Hunter are best.

The idea of a "viable Bracket" thread is a good one, I suppose most people just ask general chat in discord what's good then go from there. I suggest you get a feel for this expansions content for the community. Give it a go when prepatch arrives with changes on wowhead/ptr If you make it accurate and detailed a Mod may find it worthy of a pin. I have to fight the urge to make one right now. I'm a bit of a ball hog when it comes to thread creation... :)

There are "Traditional Threads Themes" which pop up over and over. Like Simplified patch notes and the numerous armory threads. The 10s Pve Guide will remain mostly specific outside of class builds, I gotta leave room for others to create 10s content(stay tuned for those thread releases). I will be updating it when furture expansions release. Should a "viable bracket" thread appear it would be something that too could enter into a "Traditional Thread Theme".

I would craft it as a newsletter to the community about what it will be doing over the next 2 years.
It would have to be made in such a way it didn't ruin someone else work but rather pointed to it.

Level ten is super OP.
I took a deep dive into level eight twinking from a completionist standpoint, do every quest availible, max out professions, get bis, and maybe some elite/world bosses.
I am really digging eight right now.
Level five is also a viable challenge for completion and elite bosses.
Level three looks interesting, and a definite challenge for gear.
Level one twinking is basically just a trophy, a beautiful trophy. :p
 
Forgive me for not giving props to the 20s. I rarely play mine, most of my time goes into my level 10s.
