two short questions ... and a wish

Hello @ all
.
1.) Some people wear at LvL 119 blue Items iLvL 310 like “Drape of the Screeching Swarm” or “Saboteur's Stabilizing Bracers”, where this items came from? The best item I get, is a iLvL 305 as an epic "progg" from a iLvL 290 Quest-Item.
.
2.) I get a Azerit-Item iLvL 300 from a quest. After upgrading the inner ring it´s iLvL 305. I saw a lot of well geared toons, but never whit a iLvL 305- Azerit- Item. Can the Azerit- Items have a progg, I think no? Or its normal to get a iLvL 305 Item, but why nobody use the 305- Item? Or I blind? ;-)
.
3.) My wish: Can someone separated the LvL 119 Toons to their own BIS- or gear-list? Playin LvL 110 is a own, special bracket. The information in this part of the forum are almost exclusively about LvL 110 twinking. Maybe a own list help users to find the limited information about the LvL 119- twinking.
.
Thx for reading

Sure, let me just rub my magic lamp and get right on that.

I've only seen one case where someone's azerite item is 305 and I believe it has to do with the fact that they faction swapped, but I don't know exactly how that caused it or if it can be repeated. So no, it's not normal or typical to have a 305 azerite item at 119.

And yeah, 310 is from timewalking warforge proc. Got my holy set to 306 on my paladin during last time walking.

As for your wish, basically bis will be timewalking gear all 310s aside from your azerite slots and neck. Find out which secondary stats you want and hopefully you can get all those procs on your 310 gear. The in-game dungeon guide is your friend for this as finding this stuff on wowhead is annoying.

I could choose between a breast and a heat, both were 300 whitout upgrade. At that time, I did not do a faction change.
The traits are ok, in my opinion, but maybe your right [@preplindxd].
.
The timewalking gear i can get into the dungeon from the bosses or from a chest or other reward?
.
@ Celax ... what I mean, you can find so many informations about LvL 110- twinking, we have a amory-list, they call "LvL 110 to LvL 119", but the list only includes LvL 110 toons ... and so on. Informations about LvL 119 you have to search between the lines. For me as a total newcomer it is not easy to find the right way.
.
Thx @ all

Interesting. I still don't know how that happens. Never got a 305 azerite piece as a Paladin.

TW gear is basically just Ilvl 300 versions of the gear drops from the dungeon back in the day. You get them per boss depending on what you're looking for. Your Adventure guide has timewalking versions of the gear that drop in them so you can see what you need ahead of time. TBC is the next one starting November 13th. Looks like a lot of interesting gear there... MoP gear all had 2 secondaries, but TBC has a lot of gear with 1 secondary (and a larger amount of that 1 secondary) so if you REALLY want to stack one secondary, then get ready to timewalk.

And I get what you mean for 110 twinking. Everyone on this site for some reason really likes the X0 of any bracket 60 or beyond instead of the X9 of the bracket. I never cared much for PvE so I don't do the 110 stuff, but at least it is its own bracket, so I can understand the appeal. But threads like this can help since 119 is the black sheep of its own bracket.
[doublepost=1540689635,1540673651][/doublepost]Also, just did some math and just to give you all an idea what kind of secondaries you can get stacking just one of them... I'm kind of approximating here because I don't know the exact stats of all of these when at 310 item level but I think you can get one secondary stat to about 1735 if you really want give or take a few. I guess if you want to get really stupid with it, replace your Azerite gear too... but I won't recommend that.

There are two exceptions:
1: Subtract 190 from that (1545) if you're looking to stack versatility because I came up with 1735 adding my secondaries from my level 25 neck (which doesn't have versatility) but has 190 Crit and Haste.

2: You won't be able to stack Mastery as high. I think only Cata and MoP gear have this stat and it also seems to be the case that all of these gears have two secondary stats on them instead of one, so if you're stacking Mastery you're also getting other secondaries (and a lower Mastery% from gear as a result)

Here's how I'm expecting it to look stacking 1 stat at 119:
1735 - Crit - 25.61% (before adding the base 5%)
1735 - Haste - 30.45%
1545 - Vers - 21.70% / 10.85%
