Twitter Army Unite!

This is actually the most annoying thing against us. Hate not being able to /who.

when you tweet stuff like that you will never be taken seriously, name dropping sodapoppin and including the prize pool of the Twink cup makes you look like an ass. Just stick to the needed information and be overly clear with what you are after.

Try something like this

"@CM_Lore can the change to /who that removed toons below 20 be looked at again? Maybe show toons 10+ would be helpful to the 19 community."

Disagree, it shows that it is an issue of relevance.

I think the best way to approach it would be to ask if /who could be lowered to allow level 15+ so that 15s can use /who for group finder. That way it appeals to a much broader population. Level 20 did not make much sense in the first place, level 15 makes more sense imo.

When a blizzard employee reads a childish sodapoppin name dropping off topic tweet they laugh and move on. If you want change you are going to have to propose it in a professional way. Lol

Agree with this, a direct explanation of the problem and how it's annoying to a large community is more valid than speaking about tournament money and "famous" people since that doesnt really have an impact on wether or not the /who feature should work on below lvl 20.

Inbefore they bug queues because they dont want their top streamers to play twinks..

Why wouldn't they. Blizzard does not care. As long as it does not affect their bottom line. It may be even better for them if a large percentage of their end game whiners went to lowbie brackets. It would mean less whining and crying for them to produce new material. Thus less overhead, more revenue.
In fact, if I was Blizzard Marketing Director, it may be a great strategy experiment to PAY some top streamers to have the lemmings follow them to the lowbie brackets.
All part of the master plan... Buhwahaha

These tactics have been tried with no success.

Truly not sure if either approach works. For example if you look at the State Of The Game thread over on the arena forums you have 50+ pages of mostly well thought out potential improvements from a multitude of top players and casuals alike, and all you get from Holinka is a "read it" tweet, and some beating around the bush answers from Lore.

While I understand I'm sure there's a ton of restrictions on what they can and cannot say (Lore), and or do (Holinka), the people who actually can make said changes don't actually care or just refuse to listen to the community.
