Twinking shadowlands

Hi guys. I’m new here, I been playing on warmane for awhile now. What I wanted to ask is how active is Twinking on Shadow lands(EU). BGs, wpvp etc.

What servers and brackets seem to be the most popular?

I can only comment with what I know, but I play the 10-19 and 20's bracket. They are both pretty much 24/7 but everyone is twinked most of the time. On rare occasions, it'll be pretty even and a lot more fun, other times, you'll have one shot mm hunters that kill you no matter what it seems.

Is the 24/7 in xp on with the bgs giving xp? If so does that mean they don’t pop for subbed xp off?
