Twinking in MoP

from the sounds of things my 80 twink is going to gain like 1000 agi if not more when MOP comes out. 320 from food (double if panda?) and 320 from professions. currently scribe and alch, alch for the trinket but i wonder if that will be worth it anymore. Sure the trinket gives 361 agi with epic gem in it but have to see if i can find another trinket that would be worth swapping in if i drop alchemy.

really dont pvp much but i am worried that 84s will gain a whole lot more with being able to use MOP greens and perhaps some 5 man blues

Can't use that food unless you're 85, afaik. As for alchemy, I don't think it'll be BiS, at all.

As for PvP, afaik on the beta 84s can't get any of the MoP items, but I cannot say that for the BoEs (dungeon items are 85 requirement, and you can't start the quests unless you are 85, which is a relief.

feast linked on first page says requires lvl 80 granted its only +275 in a stat not 320. either way big jump from the 90 now.

Yup, and I can spam that every gcd when wings is up. Shit is balanced.

pallys bout to be runnin shit. gonna hear so many mages QQ (hopefully)

Why would you hope for any class to be op..

More fun if you play right and win, than suck but win cause you're op.

In fairness, it's paladins vs mages here. Paladins are rarely OP in PvP for more than a single patch, whereas mages have been consistantly the strongest arena class since the system was added to the game. Can't one hope?

First off, maybe not in twinking, but at lvl cap, palas of all specs have been OP since vanilla, and im sure alot of people can back that up. Like now where ret palas and holys are just facerolling.
Yes, one can hope that ones class get OP'd, but no1 should ever hope for unbalance.
Hope that your class get better than the facerolling mastery mages, but rather hope for balance.

You mean when holy paladins are the easiest healers to CC and lock out? Plus all of retribution's damage is purgable? In wotlk ret wasn't viable unless you had the putricide trinket and shadowmourne. Holy paladins aren't anywhere near as good as they were in tbc, especially since they have to forgo regen (necessary outside of 2v2) to get anything more than a 10k instant cast heal. Retribution is also extremely weak to being tunneled, as their healing doesn't work that great on themselves.

You clearly don't know paladins if you're saying they're faceroll, sorry.

Oh, inb4 paladins are viable if you know to play them - Not true, if you ask the high rated arena players you'll get a similar answer.

85 holy palas are struggling unless they're good, as are rets past 2,2 if not playing triple dps

I propose the hypothesis that the quadratic equation equalling the two sides of the potential energy of twinking in MoP shall be practically insensitively polar into the square root of the eighteenth dimensional poo.
