19s is a bit of an aids fest of ele force procs atm...id like to know the reasoning behind the absurdly high proc rate. Also im not sure if its the combat log not displaying the orders accurately but you can double proc ele force from a single ability?...its by far some claases largest damage contributer and one of the reasons im enjoying 29s more right now....also a plague of outlaw rogues that makes the legion surv boom seem modest in comparison
