Twinking gone wrong - long queue wait times.

Sup fam. newbie here. so my friend that is a long time wow player convinced me to make a twink. Toon lvl is 19, and ilvl is like 25. long story short. I noticed that when I jump into general random pvp queue, the wait time is horrible. I haven't been able to play pvp on this toon yet due to long wait times. What do I mean by horrible? Been waiting in queue for 2hrs, and then i say f this and log into another toon. Is there something I did wrong? Toon is on Ticondrius NA US... any insight on what could be happening?

xp-off players are in a different pvp que from xp-on players. You wont get xp-off ques at 19 because there just isnt a population. You'll need to move up to 29.
