EU+US Twink spec?

What are the main Twink specs? for hunter/DH. im going boomie for my druid for sure. but i cant seem to find any info how what spec is best for a DH or hunter?

General consensus is BM for hunter (highest dps) and go 102 for both DH artefacts and additional talent, but I'll leave the DHs to convince you on that!

It's quite small and the additional talent makes you stronger overall.
