So blizz will atuomatically remove the stats that will go away with cata and fix all gear b4 cata to match the changes? Which means I should gem for agi now then? As all rouges prob would do then?

And why is that the best? :p Like I will try to not be too squishy at my twink 70 rouge, Id like to run around killing people really fast, so like 2-3-4 hit and aproach more than 2 players, like a group of maybe 4, and easy kill all, ofc at bad gear. So then what would be best setup and gear?

and LSD Requires lots of coordination easily hardest comp.
 
RMP = Rogue mage Priest it is the best because of the extreme Crowd control it has and because Rogue mage and priest are blizzards favourite classes D:

if you wanna run around 2 or 3 hitting people id play Shadowdance you can Open with ambush for like 7k in full bis then Shadowdance the next guy and ambush 4times in arow dependin on how much energy you have so yeh its preety nice + Cheatdeath procs and you survive a lil longer :D

Hit the nail on the head there ;) Exactly what i wondered.

Question: Is there any difference I should do gear vise, if I wanna play sub rouge with dagger, then go over to mutilate sword rouge?

Add: Is combat good in bis gear? Or would subt and mutilate be better in all ways? =)
 
Mutilate is better for Arena Subt is better for BGs/Duels/1v3ing



you dont change the gear you just change the weaps

yes to the first part

as for gems...if you already have AP gems, wait to see what they change to tomorrow, they might automatically shift to agility therefore saving you money. if not, then yea..socket agi

blizz is just removing the AP from gear and gems right? what about enchants? im currently lvling LW on my rogue for the bracer and better leg armor but if there gonna change the AP and stuff XD might just save my money for my pally
 
AP -> Agility and ArP -> Crit, when it comes to gems at least in ptr and AP on weapons and enchants seems to be staying (like +50 ap on bracers). Also spellpower -> intellect and mp5 -> spirit but that has nothing to do with rogues. And please, would it be too hard to just spell the class correctly? I can't personally take anyone serious if they can't even spell their class.



In ptr mutilate feels strong from 80lvl Pov (don't have 70 rogue). Sub might work, depending from partners and will be decent for battlegrounds. I would leave combat spec for PvE, unless you want to play with one button (Killing Spree). Resilience isn't bad stat even though it no longer reduces chance to be critically hit or critical damage taken: In live I've got ~22,60% damage reduction with 511 resilience (+critical damage reduction) and in ptr it's 30,06% damage reduction. And some classes are doing almost double the dps they are doing in live right now so I wouldn't completely ignore resilience. At least retribution paladins won't be such a nuisance after their burst and survivability have been nerfed a bit and HoF no longer remove stuns. Arms warriors don't seem to be doing that good either. Spellcasters on the other hand, are going to be dominating more than ever.

What poisons would be best for subt rogue going in bgs pwning 1v1 - 1v3 ?

What poisons would be best for mutilate rogue running around hitting on everything with 2 swords? =)
 
mutilate.....with 2 swords.....interesting concept. unless of course you just mean an assassination rogue, in which case say that.
