If ur on a free account then 20 is the way to go, I think they took xp options away from f2p players so you have to cap it out, enjoy geting farmed by 24's tho. If your on a p2p account then you might as well do 19, or 24 if you just wanna wreck stuff without trying. Gets boring after a week or so tho, at least it did for me.

If you would like to play in the 15-19 bracket. You should probably make a 19. If you'd like play in the 20-24 bracket. You should probably make a 24. If you're on a FTP accnt. Well you have one option.
