Getting socketed and leeched gear from TW today. Might be specific to the new WoD stuff but we won't know until the next one. I haven't seen a WF AND random upgrade yet, but I'm certain it can happen. I got a 300 ring with a socket and a couple other interesting 300 pieces with upgrades that I gave away so far.

dang! mice place holders while we wait for next anniversary. oh also every 119 who exploits to do battlegrounds is certified garbage.

No raid, but as far as I can tell they have basically carried over the same upgrade system as they have in place during other TW raids.
 
Oh it doesn't even come close to dragon gear. A 300 TW piece with leech and a socket edges out 310 WF by a bit, but I think WF is way more common than that combo. An ultimate 310 piece with leech and a socket is the unicorn, but it still won't touch even the base anniversary gear.

Do you mean you can get items with 300+ ilvl as a level 111 twink aswell?
 
I got a 310 Socketed trinket, passed it on to a mage, but there are 310s with sockets now that's DOPE. hoping to get a 310 ring and belt with socket for full BIS until anniversary
