Tunic of Westfall Vs Chausses of Westfall for DPS Warrior/Paladin?

Would it be worth it do give up a small amount of stats when it comes to your FC set to potentially increase the damage of your DPS set?

Please correct me if im wrong, i can't remember where i heard it, but i heard agility could potentially be better for Paladins/Warriors when it comes to DPS, since it gives them more burst due to crits?

FC Set:

BDA + CoW
265 Armor
15 Str
3 Agi
16 Stam

Vs

BBA + Grunt's Legguards of the bear
249 Armor
9 Str
3 Agi
16 Stam

DPS Set:

ToW + Leggings of the Fang
171 Armor
5 Str
20 Agi
9 Stam

BDA + CoW
265 Armor
15 Str
3 Agi
16 Stam

EDIT: Good to note that if you use CoW for both DPS/FC set you probably run 100 HP enchant. Could having 2x BDA + CoW + Fang be the play i guess?

From what I understand:

For Warrior:
1 Str = 2/14 = 0.143 DPS
1 Agi = 0.135% Crit. On a Melee DPS of 50, this would be 0.0675 DPS

So to simplify things, 2 Agi roughly equals 1 Str in terms of DPS, in a DPS-set that is. This means that in terms of raw DPS, BDA+CoW is going to win. For burst, it depends on whether you want bigger or more constant crits.
