I doubt that really. Consider the fact that Mental Quickness grants you spell power equal to 65% of your attack power. Dancing steel has close to 100% uptime on low lvls, which means you have 169 more spell power when both your dancing steel is up. that means a significant increase to ur shock dmg, totem dmg and your healing. Heck even your attacks will do more dmg. think ill stick to DS

low levels are gonna be easy either way. build for the challenge (the other 24s) not for the retards u should be stomping into the ground either way brehh

EF on dual weild turns a mediocre class to a substancially stronger one when you connect and land some hits. uptime will be next to none against good players cuz they'll be on ranged classes and shit on you instantly

always these ppl who play f2p bracket only who try to argue shit realistically EF is hella fuckin op on low levels compared to dancing steel which is even why the most effective rogues been rockin it.

I haven't tested it myself (prob wont until xrealm BoAs happen), but I'm 90% sure the EF proc rate scales with the attack speed increase of Flurry - Spell - World of Warcraft too.

I prefer DS tbh. if you spec Stone Bulwark Totem it will scale up to 1.5k absorb with double DS up. compared to around 850 without. That's a huge difference. + your healing healing surge heals for 100 more at least. but i guess it's a personal choice
