What's worth farming out of boxes these days for druids?

Greens with item level 24 or 25 are BiS for certain slots. As a druid though, you will most likely be looking for something for the Shoulders slot only. Fang set is the way to go for 5 of your equipment slots (unless you're playing Feral or Guardian spec).

Unless it gives strength instead of int, no.
