Treant Form - Spell - World of Warcraft

This spell is listed at lvl 1 for all spec druids.
If you look through the resto spells and such, tree of life isn't there.

So the question is this suppose to replace tol? If so will it be available to all specs like shown ? or is this just a pointless form similar to the priest spell confession ?

Thoughts? things i might have missed?

Mop is looking better and better each day , and as a result looks like something worth coming back for.
 
If you look at Wowhead you can tell that it's not going to be available at level 1. You only get 1 skill at level 1 and that is shown on Wowhead to be Wrath, as the source is "Starter". All other skills you must learn, shown by the source "Trainer". Swiftmend is also listed at level 1 (before you get Rejuvenation), so it's obviously not correct, as Beau has stated.

No melee weapons = close to 100 AP out the door for most hunters. Ranged weapon buffs don't compensate for the enchant loss. To be conservative, say 50 AP loss. You can't find 50 AP like that on gear (20-25 Agil).
Pretty sure Aspect of Hawk is nerfed as well for 19s, as it is 10% buff to AP in MoP (doesn't it give like 60-80 RAP right now?)
Kill Command no longer baseline.

Hunter focus is improved, it seems (SS gives 14 focus, Arcane costs 22 for all hunters). Small nerfs, small buffs. Overall I think hunters will no longer be FotM with warriors getting charge and other classes improving drastically.
