US Transmoging Gladiator Tabards on your twinks

i have seen 19's with Gladiator Tabards Transmoged, i have a level 83 warlock with Furious and Wrathful Gladiator Tabard and unable to transmog them. is this only a feature for Rank 1 Players?

@OP I know that some of the MOP tabards and the WOD tabards are transmogable, but I too have seen some 19s with wotlk- and even legion-pvp tabards, but I can't transmog those either.

It's the season 7-8 pvp tabards, they were transmoggable for a good time

Try mog it via scripts. If that doesn't work, then it's because it's not possible anymore.

There are a few you can.
I am able to transmog with no issues. Even the one I specifically received on my Alliance toon, my Horde lowbies are able to transmogrify.

Yeah, rating at 19 was never a thing. Although, I do recall some addon that was popular for a short period of time.

Judging by Original's post, perhaps there's some kind of work around for transmogging these tabards
