Transmog quest->boa items no longer works?

Hi,

Did Blizzard change being able to transmog a boa item with an item that didn't have a level requirement (i.e. quest item). It has been awhile since I mailed myself any boa gear. In cata, I could transmog a quest item to the boa item and then mail it off and my low level could still display the transmog. Was this fixed?

Yes it has been fixed.

It was fixed either during the MoP prepatch (5.0) or when MoP was officially released.

Anyone knows if you fuck up your transmogs if you send the BoA items around that has been transmogged?

Before they fixed the bug, if you mailed a xmog'd BoA again after the initial mailing (which didn't always work) it ran the risk of losing it in the mail...I'd imagine that after the fix it would be guaranteed to lose it.

Wouldn't even call it a fix, when they let the people who did it before the "fix" still have their mog. I mean, good for them but it is at least not fair that way. I am not surprised though..
