i mean change spec. but a healer cannot go to a dps spec. like hunter could go SV to BM or MM but a feral couldn't go to resto

19s don't get fof but this is still an op comp
Fists of Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft FoF is level 10 so 19s do have fists of fury. at least a kill would be a little bit harder than keg/nova on cd if tank specs were banned and you had to play a ww monk

thats why i proposed a ban on tank specs. ww takes a lot more to play than a bm and honestly getting kegsmashed for 1.2k+ in what every 10 seconds is just stupid

Why do I hear complaints about BM's 8 second CD on Keg Smash nothing about a double Crusader Proc+ on war globalizing a whole team. These rules are about as fair as they will get. Imo you can cut out a lot of classes but then you dumb down the tournament by far and make it imbalanced on one side.(BM/Arms take tank spec out arms teams will almost insta win tourneys) These rules where made by people that have had a good bit of experience in this bracket over time and in the past few months of WoD. It was based off our experience playing against other people and against each other. These rules I believe don't get much more fair when it comes to classes.
I also disagree on changing spec completely as someone mentioned before, hunter could go BM or Surv or MM (switch mid tourney) but a feral can't switch resto IMO what you sign up is your comp no switching specs no matter what unless it's pre cut off line for signing up. Glyphs(No glyphs) Talents and Gear of course is allowed to change and nobody would enforce that because you can change all of that in the gate of the arena anyways. Switching specs is game changing IMO, Specially for some comps.
Also we must remember that there are more tournaments to come. This is a little last minute and after testing how rules and such play out it will effect our decision making of rules next time and also prizes! So don't be so negative give good advice all going towards future events.
