The trinket is bugged, the tentacle only proc miss and dodge on mobs, currently unusable. Good for completing heirloom collections.

Nope, its says need followers lvl 100, f2p only have followers until lvl 40.

that's to get and finish the garrison mission.
i've already completed the mission and have the reward, which is a tradeable bag that can be opened, containing the heirloom.
one old comment seemed to say the bag has a lvl req to open, but no doubt squishes and such changes have happened since, so just what it is now, if any, idk.
