So what do you Think? I will go on full to 80% Pve Mop Blue gear. With 65% base resi i Think this will be best. What do you Think? And will it get better or worse?

As far as i know, 85 will not be getting the 65% base resil, at least it isn't like that on the PTR.

Looks horrific, i've gone from 62% resi down to 46% and 11% PvP Power down to 4.5% dis gaimee man, hunters, rogues, ferals and sunlute warriors will be dominating this bracket
