I'm sure you'll get banned if you get that title. You're not supposed to be able to even enter a battleground and those titles are obviously achieved through battlegrounds.

I can always make a level 1 on a trial account that isn't linked to the same Bnet account as my main one. If I do get it banned there's no harm done seeing as it holds no value to me.
