Just a quick question, has anyone seen time walking get tertiary upgrades? Think I saw someone with tertiary upgraded avoidance legs but its been a bit, should have screenshotted. Have done quite a few time walking dungeons, and seen quite a few drops yet nothing, but I also know how low drop rates can be like the headless horseman upgraded rings or wod sockets.

Pretty sure they only pop for 80's.
HH gear can proc terts & gemslots tho, so focus those for upgrades.

I got Sarannis' Mystic Sheen (itemlvl 56) during BC-TW on my lvl. 10 warrior https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-gb/character/eu/arathor/dudili/

The tooltip says that "it reduce the magical damage you take by up to 2"

Afterwards I ran Stratholme living side where there's a lot of different spell schools being thrown at you from the sorcerers - at least shadow, frost and holy spells (and maybe arcane too?) - and the cloak actually absorbed 2 spell damage from every single spell that hit my toon, both direct spells and dots.

The shadow word pain dots from the priests hit for 6 spell damage per tick (before mitigation), so with 2 spell damage absorbed per tick they only did 4 damage per tick. In other words, the cloak mitigated 33% of this dot damage! Also the stronger direct spells that hits for about 50 damage had 2 damage absorbed, so here were talking about ca. 4% mitigation. Not bad for a cloak I guess
