ilvl 30 is Normal dungeon ilvl at level 11.

ilvl 43 is TW dungeon ilvl at level 11 (it was 60).

Legion TW was last week. This week you're just getting Normal dungeon loot.

I don't think turbulent timeways has anything to do with the ilevel of the loot. that ilevel 60 was a mistake.

As soon as the event was over it went to ilvl 43

I'm not 100% certain if it will be ilvl 60 again, but I do know ilvl 60 started and ended with it before.

No, TW gear at 11 had been ilvl 60 before Turbulent Timeways. The nerf just corresponded iwth the end of the event.

I agree with the earlier poster: I would be very surprised (and do not expect) any ilvl boost with TT.

Turbulent Timeways came exactly at the same time as the Anniversary, but extended past the Anniversary, where it continued being ilvl 60. I followed this because the ilvl changed as soon as it began, and as it ended. It definitely was not ilvl 60 before lmao I've had my 11 since before the event.
