Timewalking raid reward box, mounts?

I've seen numerous threads like this one:

Where the person says something like, "Farmed it over the years so many times, no drops. And then it came from Timewalking raid reward box."

I've done alot of TimeWalking, collecting the "Timely Goodie Bag" reward from doing 5 TW dungeons on my characters but have never seen a mount drop.

Can a mount drop for Levels 20 and under???

I ain't sure what this is or even about, heck I've never even heard or seen it on my 70s toons. But even if it was true, most likely the mounts you would get require 25-27-30+ to unlock just like the Infinite Time-weaver mount.

Cache of Timewarped Treasures

Try this bag instead
Its from the TW Raids, thats the one that can contain a mount.

In DF a couple of alternate ways were added for getting some of these mounts. For example, Invincible's Reins can apparently drop from Cache of Timewarped Treasures from the Ulduar TW raid. IIRC you still need to be level 30+ for that raid. Ashes of Al'ar can drop from the BT TW weekly Cache of Timewarped Treasures, which again is 30+. 10.1.5 added the Reins of the Quantum Courser from Dawn of the Infinite, which is now level 10+ so maybe you can get F2P mounts from that?
