EU+US Timewalking dungs

I see alot of good stuff for 20s obtainable via this event...

In the guide on wowhead I also see those are dungeons that are not accessible for 20s.
I'm missing something or pure f2p can't get those items?

Unless they changed the way the work - you had to be expansion cap +1 level to enter, for example Cata TW Dungeons require level 86

So 20's cant enter any TW Dungeon.

What Gixxer said. Can't enter the dungeons. Funny enough that gear will show a level 20 scaled version if you're on a level 20. The vendors sold level 20 TW gear too but you couldnt actually buy it, lmao.

Pretty sure they fixed that though and TW vendors don't sell anything to low levels anymore.

All items have scalable versions of themselves now - but that doesn't mean they are actually achieveable, or that they scale the same way (like Holiday Epics).

for example, AV neck (that could be different story though, as it's bg)... Lacquered Carving trinket... I've seen those items on lvl20s

If you mean any of the items listed here they are sold by a vendor in hillsbrad. F2P gets the required badges during the anniversary event. Note the vendor still being available on US servers is almost definitely a bug so if you have badges hurry on over

F2P can't do the timewalking event that is in the regular rotation and the semi-recently removed our ability to purchase stuff from those vendors with the badges we accumulate during the anniversary event.

The AV necklace can be bought with Marks of Honor and like 25 TW badges. If you don't have TW badges on your toon you're SOL for that piece. Lacquered Carving is obtained via party sync quest chests.

EU vendors are not there anymore ? they have some good stuff for my low lvl bg use

the item bought from vendor using moh and badges can be sold back within 2 hours .. park your toons there and keep selling and buying while you are doing your bg and you dont actually need to pay anything .. and as you lvl up, the item from the vendor matches your lvl too i will go try it out
