Usually dungeons that have a level req to enter normally, via the instance entry, have the same requirement to get summoned inside via lock or recruit friend. In Korrak revenge bg, you get scaled to max level, and a while ago ppl figured that when scaled you could bypass the level requirement of the said dungeons. Also, the mythic gear that dropped from dungeons had no lvl req to equip: There were some lvl 20 twinks that managed the feat to have mythic Mechagon gear equipped
) The bug was fixed (both the summon when scaled AND the gear) but now with the new tw rescalling, maybe the bug resurfaced...
