Just wondering, since I wrote my guide (found here: http://www.twinkinfo.com/forums/f156/70-twink-hunter-pvp-guide-[mop]-42461/) but did not recieve the 'Guide Author' badge, if there's anything further I have to do in order to earn this or whether it's simply a bug/oversight?

Report it and ask whether it would be possible to obtain the bubble. It's for people who have written pretty good guides, and you seem to fit the bill.
