There is a riddle I like to play when people ask me how to do this. Usually I make them ask a question before I reveal the next clue, but Thrall's Gift is so complicated I will just tell everyone here up front.

Q1: How did you get to Kezan?
A1: A Warlock summoned me.
Q2: How did the Warlock get to Kezan?
A2: He was summoned by another Warlock.
Q3: How did the original Warlock get to Kezan?
A3: He was never on the island.
