I think you'll struggle to find a buyer. Deathhammas really don't have that kind of value like the other BoE's, even at ilvl 865+ or with a tertiary/socket. I personally wouldn't transfer to get one either

I've seen 865 with Leech selling for 15K on several Realms while checking AH for various items so I doubt you'll get that much for it but you never know.
