Thoughts on Overwatch?

So I saw the advertisement on my battle.net app, and by the cover I thought it would be a typical child game. but OMG was I wrong!! This game looks AMAZING!

I strongly suggest you check out the gameplay video on their page, it introduces all the Heroes and Heroines.

I am simply awed by this game as I am an avid Team Fortress 2 player. If you check it out, you will find a lot of similarities between the two games (engineer, sniper, medic, etc). Honestly some people might hate on the fact that they're closely related, but considering how Blizzard does successful games, I am PRETTY optimistic about the outcome of this game!!

I am in LOVE with Hanzo, cannot wait to get to play the Beta (if I get access)

I agree. TF2 is going to have some MAJOR competition, especially if it comes out F2P. It'll be fun to see what happens to it!

I think the best business model for them with this game is F2P, doing things like CS:GO and TF2 does it.

Really interessted in the game, can't wait to play.

I would like to see customizable hats in Overwatch. Just so they leave TF2 with nothing exclusive

I'll probably play it instead of F2P WoW - it'll just depend on queue times.

The key takeaway from watching the various hero gameplay previews is the number of varied game mechanics in Overwatch. The healers or support heroes in Overwatch actually look fun compared to TF2.
