They've changed something within the last month...

I used to que up for legion dungeons on my 110 to give some people a break from the slow and tedious slog that is 100-110 dungeons. But recently queing up for a random dungeon never seems to pop and when it does it's other 110s. I think blizzard has removed XP locked 110s from legion ques recently.

Have you tried this in tank spec? If you aren't getting a pop either instantly or within a couple of mins, then possibly they have.

I did mara the other day with levelers on my 39 when I was bored.. so unless its specific to 110s or something idt this has been changed

Yeah I always qued as a tank and they used to only take a few seconds. Now it will say the average wait time is ~1 min and I'll wait for a half hour or more only to land in a group with 110s. Try it out.

Yeah I have BFA and play on that account and XP off. It wasn't an issue until this month though. on the US also if that matters.
